In regards to what to do, this chapter
of this constitution uses the constitution of the United States of America and
the Republic of China 中華民國 (Taiwan) in regards to rights
and responsibility, when this constitution was made and referenced Confucius
Ideology, Age of Enlightenment Ideology and Benjamin Franklin Ideology's
perspective, in regards to freedom, equality, liberty and human right.

In regards to what not to do, this chapter of this
constitution, observe the problem of the Vatican City Empire (Dark Ages Europe,
Middle Age Europe, Medieval Europe), especially how the Vatican City Empire's
insisting on using the Christian bible as its constitution, contribute to the
west been plagued by extreme poverty, ultra-third world status, meaningless
religious crusades, meaningless religion inquisition and major violation of
human right that lasted up to one thousand years and contribute to the
existence of unusually long lasting plague in Europe and directly result in the
death of over ninety percent of the population of Europe, which caused more
death than China under the Mao Zedong Communist region that directly led to the
death of ten percent of China’s population, despite the predecessor of the
Vatican City Empire is the mighty Roman Empire and the enlighten ancient Greek
civilization and the Vatican City Empire is a one thousand years old dynasty,
thus got one thousand years to get it right, yet, only due to the separation of
State and the Church and separation of State and education and overthrowing the
Vatican City Empire, thus, stop using the bible as its constitution was the Age
of Enlightenment possible, which leads to industrial revolution and revival of
democracy and for the first time in history, the western world was the most
powerful region in the nineteenth century. The Roman Empire and ancient Greek
does not follow the teaching of the bible, either, some of the other most
powerful culture prior to the nineteenth century, including the ancient
Chinese, the ancient Mongolians, ancient Egyptians and ancient Persians, also
does not follow the teaching of the bible and they including the Roman Empire,
ancient Greeks, which also does not follow the teaching of the bible, along
with post Age of Enlightenment Europe that no longer use the bible as the
constitution were all way better off in comparison to the Vatican City Empire
that use the bible as the constitution and Mao Communist China region and the
Vatican City Empire, using the bible as the constitution has proven to be even
worse than Mao Communist China region, thus, despite the bible promise, only by
living in accordance to the bible, can life achieve maximum benefit, reality
have proven to be the opposite way around.
This is not part of the constitution proposal,
which is why it is written in another color.

the most powerful region and why modern western value is completely independent
from traditional western values and Christian values
It can be argued, without modern western value
and if traditional western values that is basing on the teaching of the bible
remain in dominate in the west, the western world would still be in the Dark
Ages and the Inquisition would still be going on and SARS and Swine Flu would
lead Europe into another 100 years of black plague, while the rest of the world
