(A)
1. Amendments to this
Constitution
2. Acquire new territory for
the Republic
3. Abandon existing territory
of the Republic and
4. Removing a person serving as
the Prime Minister
Require, been proposed by the Grand Senate of the
Republic and within six months, after been proposed by the Grand Senate,
approved by the citizens of the Republic in a vote. For the Grand Senate of the
Republic to make such proposal it require for at least twenty-five percent of
members of the Grand Senate of the Republic to propose it to the Grand Senate
of the Republic, agree upon by over seventy percent of the member of the Grand
Senate of the Republic. In the vote, all citizen of the Republic that is
seventeen years old or older and got no criminal record, got voting right and if
over half of the citizen of the Republic that can vote, vote in approval, it is
deem as it has been approved by the citizens of the Republic, but if over half
of the citizen of the Republic that can vote, vote in disapproval, it is deem
as the it has been disapproved by the citizens of the Republic, otherwise, it
should not be deem as the citizens of the Republic vote in approval or
disapproval.
But if over half of the citizens of the Republic
that can vote, voted in disapproval, the Grand Senate of the Republic cannot
make such proposal again for a period of five years.
(B)
1. Amendments to this

2. Acquire new territory for
the Republic
3. Abandon existing territory
of the Republic and
4. Removing a person serving as
Prime Minister
Should not be conducted via any other method other
than that stated by this constitution.
(C)
The Grand Senate cannot propose for a person serving
as Prime Minister of the Republic to be removed from such office, during the
first or last year of his term in office.
