(A)
The Legislation of the Republic and Local Government of the Republic and legislation
of religions should remain separate.
(B)
Under no
circumstances can the Republic Government or any Local Government of the
Republic, make a legislation enforce any legislation of any religion,
regardless of whether the Republic recognized for it to be a legitimate
religion, not even if such religion is Christianity.
(C)
Under no circumstances, can the legislation of any religion be above the legislation
of the Republic Government or any Local Governments of the Republic,
regardless of whether the Republic recognized for it to be a legitimate
religion, not even if such religion is
Christianity.
