(A)
With the exception of those otherwise specify by the Constitution, a person who is a member of the House of Administration, House of Armed Forces, House of Government Oversight and Local Government of the Republic should be employed via standard examination

(B)
With the exception of those otherwise specify by the Constitution, a person who is a member of the House of Administration and Local Government of the Republic should be divided into the following rank from highest to lowest should be

1. Executive Civil Servant
2. Senior Civil Servant
3. Civil Servant
4. Senior Para-Civil Servant
5. Para-Civil Servant
6. Assistant Para-Civil Servant 

(C)
The member of the House of Armed Forces of the Republic should be divided into the following rank from highest to lowest should be

1. Executive Knight Officer and Executive Warrant Officer
2. Senior Knight Officer and Senior Warrant Officer
3. Knight Officer and Warrant Officer
4. Senior None Commission Officer
5. None Commission Officer
6. Enlisted

(D)
With the exception of those otherwise specify by the Constitution, a person who is a member of the House of Government Oversight of the Republic should be divided into the following rank from highest to lowest should be

1. Senior Oversight Officer
2. Oversight Officer
3. Assistant Oversight Officer
4. Senior Para-Oversight Officer
5. Para-Oversight Officer
6. Assistant Para-Oversight Officer
