of June 1st year of the Republic of Australia]
WHEREAS
the people of Australia, humbly relying on the blessing of the Almighty Goddess
the Mother of Heaven and Earth, have agree to unite in one indissoluble
Republic under the Head of the Republic of Australia and this constitution
hereby established:
Be
it therefore enacted by the Prime Minister's most Excellent Majesty, with a prayer
for the wisdom and guidance of the Goddess the mother of Heaven and Earth and
consent of the people of the Republic and by the authority of the same:
1.
Short title
This
Act may be cited as the Republic of Australia Constitution Act
2.
Commencement of Act
The
Republic shall be established. The Republic shall be established and the
Constitution of the Republic shall take effect on the 6th of June twelve
o'clock noon of the 1st year
of the Republic. The Government of the Republic in accordance to this
constitution, should be established by the 6th of
June six o’clock in the morning of the 1st year
of the Republic.
3. Operation of the Constitution and legislation
This
Act, and all legislation made by the Parliament of the Republic under the
Constitution, shall be binding on the courts, judges, and people of every
State, Province, District of the Republic, notwithstanding the legislation of
any Local Governments of the Republic.
Definitions
The
Republic shall mean the Republic of Australia as established under this Act.
4. Symbol of the Republic
The
Symbol of the Republic shall be the ancient Egyptian and ancient Babylonian
Goddess Ishtar the Mother of Heave and Earth and one of the original first gods
within human mythology.

Constitution of the Republic shall be as follows:

What does it mean for Australia when United Kingdom Prince Charles Windsor became King? Despite modern British King got no administration authority, Mr. Windsor has again and again been proven not competent for the task of been a Head of State, even if that Head of State got no administration responsibility. There is a need to established a good Republic system, when the Queen is still alive and Charles is yet to become King. Those who are short sighted would have problem in the long run.
