Sub Section 6.1.5: Local Militia

(A)

State and Senior District of the Republic should be the only Local Government of the Republic that got an Armed Force. 

(B)

The Armed Force of a Local Government should be a part of the Armed Force of the Republic, dispatched to assist the Local Government dealing with issues of self defense, civil unrest and nature disaster. 

(C)

Subject to its commanders from the Government of the Republic, the Commander in Chief of the Local Government of the Republic is its Premier, follow by the officer appointed to administer its Ministry of Security, But authority of the Commander in Chief from the local government of the Republic should not exceed those granted by this constitution and got no authority to order the its armed force to operate outside such State or such District. 

(D)

The armed force of each local government should not exceed one legion. 

Section 6.1: District, State and Province

(A)

District Governments, State Governments and Province Governments, should include a legislative branch, judicatory branch and an executive branch.

(B)

The area size of a District市 is under 3000km2 and over 500km2, such territory, can become a Senior District直轄市 when it got a population over 1 million citizens of the Republic, a State District省轄市 when it got a population over five hundred thousand citizens of the Republic, if it is a part of a State省, a Province District縣轄市 when it got a population over one hundred thousand citizens of the Republic, if it is a part of a Province縣.

(C)

A Senior District can become a part of a State and downgraded to become a State District, when its population dropped below five hundred thousand citizens of the Republic. A Senior District and a State District can become a part of a Province and downgraded to become a Province District, when its population dropped below one hundred thousand citizens of the Republic. A Senior District, a State District and a Province District can be downgrade to become a Town or County or a part of a Town, or County, when its population dropped below fifty thousand citizens of the Republic.

(D)

A State District and a Province District can be upgrade to become a Senior District once its population of Republic citizen reached over 1 million, in which, the District would no longer be a part of a State or a Province. A Province District can be upgrade to become a State District once its population of Republic citizen reached over five hundred thousand, in which, the District would no longer be a part of a Province.

A State and a Province should have an area size over 5000km2

(G)

States should be split into that of Level One State and Level Two State. A Level One State is a State with a population of one million or more. A Level Two State is a State with a population under one million.

(H)

Provinces be split into that of Level One Province and Level Two Province. A Level One Province is a Province with a population of five hundred thousand or more. A Level Two Province is a Province with a population under five hundred thousand

(I)

Symbol of States and Provinces is the ancient Egyptian goddess Bastet, the goddess of protection of home, women and children, with an emu standing to her left and a kangaroo standing to her right, as her honor guards.

(J)

Symbol of Districts is the East Asia god Chenghuangyeh城隍爺, the god of cities, with an emu standing to his left and a kangaroo standing to his right, as his honor guards

Constitution Proposal (Section 12.3: Miscellaneous) Edition 2

(A)

1.     Amendments to this Constitution

2.     Acquire new territory for the Republic

3.     Abandon existing territory of the Republic and

4.     Removing a person serving as the Prime Minister

Require, been proposed by the Grand Senate of the Republic and within six months, after been proposed by the Grand Senate, approved by the citizens of the Republic in a vote. For the Grand Senate of the Republic to make such proposal it require for at least twenty-five percent of members of the Grand Senate of the Republic to propose it to the Grand Senate of the Republic, agree upon by over seventy percent of the member of the Grand Senate of the Republic. In the vote, all citizen of the Republic that is seventeen years old or older and got no criminal record, got voting right and if over half of the citizen of the Republic that can vote, vote in approval, it is deem as it has been approved by the citizens of the Republic, but if over half of the citizen of the Republic that can vote, vote in disapproval, it is deem as the it has been disapproved by the citizens of the Republic, otherwise, it should not be deem as the citizens of the Republic vote in approval or disapproval.

But if over half of the citizens of the Republic that can vote, voted in disapproval, the Grand Senate of the Republic cannot make such proposal again for a period of five years.

(B)

1.     Amendments to this Constitution

2.     Acquire new territory for the Republic

3.     Abandon existing territory of the Republic and

4.     Removing a person serving as Prime Minister

Should not be conducted via any other method other than that stated by this constitution.

(C)

The Grand Senate cannot propose for a person serving as Prime Minister of the Republic to be removed from such office, during the first or last year of his term in office.

Constitution Proposal (Section 12.2: Foreign invasion and civil unrest) Edition 2

(A)

In the case of foreign invasion or civil unrest, if any territory of the Republic is under the control of the foreign invasion force or of rebels, the territory of the Republic should be split into Republic freedom area and unlawful occupation area. The Republic freedom area are territories of the Republic not under the control of foreign invasion force or rebels, the unlawful occupation area are territories of the Republic under the control of foreign invasion force or rebels. Elections should not be held within unlawful occupation area.

(B)

If a MP of the Republic, have all of the territory, he represents falling to become part of an unlawful occupation area, then, unless at least part of such territory has been recovered, he should hold office for a period of twenty-four years, until expire, afterwards, such territory of the Republic should not have a representative within the House of Representative, until such territory has been recovered.

(C)

If a Senator of the Republic have all of the territory, he represents falling to become part of an unlawful occupation area, then, unless at least part of such territory has been recovered, he should hold office for a period of forty-eight years, until expire, afterwards, such territory of the Republic should not have a representative within the Senate, until such territory has been recovered.

(D)

If a person is born upon an unlawful occupation territory, when the territory is an unlawful occupation territory, such person should not become a citizen of the Republic by birth.

(E)

This section of this constitution is created in reference to the constitution of the Republic of China 中華民國 (Taiwan) in regards to what to do when parts of its territory is under rebel or foreign occupation.

1.     the senior ranking Human Resource of the Governments of the Republic to take an oath that renounce such teaching of Yahweh and the bible and

2.     all senior and middle Human Resource of the Governments of the Republic, to take an oath that include swearing to other god, thus, disobey the Yahweh teaching of cannot worship other gods, which is also disobeying one of the first, of the ten commandment of the Yahweh faith “You shall have no other god but me” to prove he is willing to disobey the bible and Yahweh to protect the constitution of the Republic and its citizens

(B)

Before taking office as President of the Republic, Prime Minister of the Republic or Acting Prime Minister of the Republic, he should take the “The Republic of Australia President Oath”

(C)

Before taking office as the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic, he should take the “The Republic of Australia Deputy Prime Minister Oath”

(D)

He must take the “The Republic of Australia Oath” before taking office as a Human Resource of the Republic that is of

1.      Senior Emu and Kangaroo Class One

2.      Deputy Emu and Kangaroo Class One

3.      Senior Emu and Kangaroo Class Two

4.      Deputy Emu and Kangaroo Class Two

5.      Senior Emu and Kangaroo Class Three

6.      Deputy Emu and Kangaroo Class Three

Or before he naturalized to become a citizen of the Republic.

Before taking office as a Human Resource of the Republic that is of

The Republic of Australia Deputy Prime Minister Oath is as following

The time sixth of June six AM is chosen because the number six six six, in pagan mythology symbolized Humanitarianism, Compassion, Idealism, Harmony, Healing and Philanthropy. Sixth of June six AM is also the month, date and hour where the siege of D day Normandy landings took place in 1944, the allies’ success of this siege warfare is critical to allow the later defeat of the tyranny and evil conduct of Hitler and his Nazi Party that hold dictatorship of Germany and without those allied soldiers, the Republic cannot possibly exist.
