The Republic should recognize Aboriginal Australian
culture, as a part of its culture and actively preserve Aboriginal Australian
cultures and languages.
(B)
Starting from the 1st year of the Republic of Australia, to
the 50th year of the Republic of Australia, all education for citizens of the
Republic who have over five percent Aboriginal Australian heritage, within
public education institution of the Republic, should be free and the Republic
should provide, each of such Aboriginal Australian students, under the age of
twenty, with an allowance, to assist them in completing their education.
