The Prime Minister may disallow any legislation within one year from the approval of the Acting Prime Minister, Senate or Congress, such dis-allowance on being made known by speech or message to the Senate and the Congress or by Proclamation, shall annul the legislation from the day when the dis-allowance is so made known

The Prime Minister can sign treaties and to declare war on behalf of the Republic, but can only take effect, if over half of the member of the Senate and over half of all Congressman approves of it. Otherwise the treaty must be proposed to the Parliament by a Congressman on behalf of the Prime Minister, in which the treaty should be approved by over half of all members of the Grand Senate to take effect.

1. A citizen of the Republic by birth
2. A citizen of the Republic by birth for ten years and no longer hold citizenship to his nation of birth
3. A citizen of the Republic by twenty years.
and if he is over the age of twenty but no people that doesn't meet the critical shall be elected

1. A citizen of the Republic by birth for over ten years
2. A citizen of the Republic by naturalize for over twenty years and no longer hold citizenship to his nation of birth

and if he is over the age of thirty but no people that doesn't meet the critical shall be elected

No person is a current member of the Armed Forces of the Republic or Local Government of the Republic, Civil Servant of the Republic or Local Government of the Republic, Government Oversight Officer of the Republic shall serve as a Senator or Congressman and must resign from such roles before becoming a Senator or Congressman.

During a time of nature disaster, civil unrest, foreign invasion or major financial disaster and there is a need to deal with the problem right away, the Prime Minister should meet up with the Minister of State or Acting Minister of State if the Minister of State is absent, afterwards the Prime Minister can declare a state of emergency, after declaring a state of emergency, the Prime Minister can subject to this constitution declare emergency law without the approval of the Parliament, to resolve the problem, but such emergency law shall expire upon thirty days, unless approved by over half of the member of the Senate, House of Representative or Grand Senate.

Subject to this constitution, as soon as after declaring a state of emergency, the Prime Minister can declare martial law if he deem fit, but should not declare martial law under any other circumstances, if over half of the member of Parliament, Senator or member of the Grand Senate believe martial law is no longer necessary martial law must end and if the Prime Minister believe martial law is no longer necessary martial law must end.

The head of the Senate should be the Chairman of the Senate, he should be a Senator that is elected by the Senators, whenever such position is vacant the Senators should elect a member of the Senate to serve as such Chairman and whenever such position is vacant the Prime Minister shall appoint a Senator to serve as Acting Chairman of the Senate until such position of Chairman of the Senate has been fulfilled.
The head of the House of Representative should be the Speaker of the House of Representative, he should be a Senator that is elected by the Member in Parliament, whenever such position is vacant Member in Parliament should elect a Member in Parliament to serve as such Speaker and whenever such position is vacant the Prime Minister shall appoint a Senator to serve as Acting Speaker of the House of Representative until such position of Speaker of the House of Representative has been fulfilled.
