Sub Section 8.6: Fix Believe

(A)

This constitution defines the term fix believe to be a situation, when the investigator or prosecutor believe, want to believe or want others to believe in a theory in regards to who conducted a criminal offense so much, he refuses to believe otherwise or regardless to whether the theory is correct. Thus, decrease the possibility of ethical investigation or prosecution work.

(B)

Whenever the judge believe that a fix believe has taken place, he can order for a re-investigation by a new investigator or give the case to another prosecutor, on the ground that such investigator or such prosecutor is emotionally compromised.

(C)
If the Jinyiwei believe a fix believe has taken place on the part of the investigator or prosecutor and believe such fix believe is the product of corruption, the Jinyiwei should investigate to see whether that is the case.
