Constitution Proposal (Chapter 11: Succession) (Section 11.1: Line of Succession) Edition 2

(A)

When the position of Prime Minister of the Republic and Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic are vacant, 

1.     the Chairman of the Senate of the Republic shall become the Prime Minister of the Republic for the remaining term and if such position is also vacant,

2.     the Speaker of the House of Representative of the Republic shall become the Prime Minister for the remaining term and if such position is also vacant,

3.     the officer administering the Ministry of Government Auditing of the Republic shall become the Prime Minister for the remaining term and if such position is also vacant,

4.     the Chairman of the Government Monitoring Senior Committee of the Republic shall become the Prime Minister for the remaining term and if such position is also vacant,

5.     the Chairman of the Human Resource Senior Committee of the Republic shall become the Prime Minister for the remaining term and if such position is also vacant,

6.     the Chancellor of the Republic shall become the Prime Minister for the remaining term and if such position is also vacant,

7.     the Vice Chancellor of the Republic shall become the Prime Minister for the remaining term and if such position is also vacant,

8.     the officer administering the Ministry of Finance and Interior Affairs(戶部) of the Republic shall become the Prime Minister for the remaining term and if such position is also vacant,

9.     the officer administering the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Public Relationship and Public Education(禮部) of the Republic shall become the Prime Minister for the remaining term

10. and if such position is also vacant, the officer administering the Ministry of Defense(兵部) of the Republic shall become the Prime Minister for the remaining term

11. and if such position is also vacant the officer administering the Ministry of Justice(刑部) of the Republic shall become the Prime Minister of the Republic for the remaining term

12. and if such position is also vacant, the officer administering the Ministry of House of Administration Human Resource(吏部) of the Republic shall become the Prime Minister for the remaining term

13. and if such position is also vacant, the officer administering the Ministry of Public Service and National Infrastructure(工部) of the Republic shall become the Prime Minister for the remaining term

Upon becoming the Prime Minister, he should seize been a Chancellor, Vice Chancellor, Senior Minister, Government Monitoring Senior Committee Chairman, Human Resource Senior Committee Chairman, Speaker of the House of the Representative, Chairman of the Senate or Government Auditing General.

(B)

When the Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic are both absent

1.     the Chancellor of the Republic is the Acting Prime Minister of the Republic and if he is also absent

2.     the Vice Chancellor of the Republic is such Acting Prime Minister and if he is also absent,

3.     the officer administering the Ministry of Finance and Interior Affairs of the Republic is such Acting Prime Minister and if he is also absent,

4.     the officer administering the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Public Relationship and Public Education of the Republic is such Acting Prime Minister and if he is also absent,

5.     the officer administering the Ministry of Defense of the Republic is such Acting Prime Minister and if he is also absent,

6.     the officer administering the Ministry of Justice of the Republic is such Acting Prime Minister and if he is also absent,

7.     the officer administering the Ministry of House of Administration Human Resource of the Republic is such Acting Prime Minister and if he is also absent,

8.     the officer administer the Ministry of Public Service and National Infrastructure of the Republic is such Acting Prime Minister and if he is also absent,

9.     the Chairman of the Government Monitoring Senior Committee of the Republic is such Acting Prime Minister and if he is also absent,

10. the Chairman of the Human Resource Senior Committee of the Republic is such Acting Prime Minister and if he also absents,

11. the officer administering the Ministry of Government Auditing of the Republic is such Acting Prime Minister and if he is also absent,

12. the Chairman of the Senate of the Republic is such Acting Prime Minister and if he is also absent,

13. the Speaker of the House of Representative of the Republic is such Acting Prime Minister.
