(A)
In the case of foreign invasion or civil unrest, if any territory
of the Republic is under the control of the foreign invasion force or of
rebels, the territory of the Republic should be split into Republic freedom area and unlawful occupation area.
The Republic freedom area are territories of the Republic not
under the control of foreign invasion force or rebels, the unlawful occupation
area are territories of the Republic under the control of foreign
invasion force or rebels. Elections should not be held within unlawful
occupation area.
(B)
If a MP of the Republic, have all of the territory, he
represents falling to become part of an unlawful occupation area, then, unless
at least part of such territory has been recovered, he should hold office for a
period of twenty-four years, until expire, afterwards, such territory of
the Republic should not have a representative within the House of
Representative, until such territory has been recovered.
(C)
If a Senator of the Republic have all of the territory,
he represents falling to become part of an unlawful occupation area, then,
unless at least part of such territory has been recovered, he should hold
office for a period of forty-eight years, until expire, afterwards, such territory
of the Republic should not have a representative within the Senate,
until such territory has been recovered.
(D)
If a person is born upon an unlawful occupation
territory, when the territory is an unlawful occupation territory, such person
should not become a citizen of the Republic by birth.
(E)
This section of this constitution is created in reference
to the constitution of the Republic of China 中華民國 (Taiwan) in regards to what to do when
parts of its territory is under rebel or foreign occupation.
