Sub Section 6.1.4: Legislative and Parliament of State, District and Province

(A)
The legislative power of a State, District or Province is vast upon its Parliament, consisting of its Premier and a Senate.

(B)
The Senator of each State, District or Province should be representatives from the territory of each Local Council of such State, District or Province, with at least one representative from the territory of each Local Council.

(B)
The number of Senator within of a State should not surpass the Republic
The number of Senator within a Province should not surpass the number of Senator within the State it belongs to.
The number of Senator within a Senior District is forty-eight
The number of Senator within a State District is twenty-four
The number of Senator within a Province District is twelve

(C)
The criteria to be become the Senator of a Local Government of the Republic, should be same to been the Senator of the Government of the Republic 

(D)
The Senate of a State, Province or District should serve a term that is two years till expire
