Ministry of Public Relationship and Public Education

Ministry of Security.

Ministry of Justice

Ministry of Executive Government Human Resource and
6. A
Ministry of Public Service and Infrastructure
Each ministry can have various Department and Administration Committee. Each Department and each Administration Committee can have various Sub Department and Administration Sub Committee.
The officer
administering
1. A
Ministry is appointed by its Premier and can be replaced by the
Governor or Prefect at pleasure.

Department, Sub Department, Administration Committee or Administration Sub Committee is proposed by the officer administering
the Ministry such Department, Sub Department Administration Committee or Administration Sub Committee belongs to and
approved by its Premier
(C)
The Executive Government of a State District or a Province,
shall consist of the Premier of such Province or State District and
the Departments and Administration Committees of such State District or
Province. Each Department and Administration Committee can have various Sub
Department and Administration Sub Committee. The officer administering such Department, Sub Department, Administration Committee or Administration Sub Committee should be appointed by its Premier and serve a term that expire upon his pleasure.
(D)
The Executive Government of a Province District, consist of
its Premier and the Sub Departments and
Administration Sub Committees of such Province District. The officer appointed
to administer such Sub Department or Administration Sub Committee is appointed
by its Premier and serve a term that expire upon his pleasure.
