(A)
The Local Governments of the Republic shall be divided into that of the Senior District, State and one National Capital District.
(B)
Each State shall again be divided into that of State District, Province and one State District Capital.
(C)
Each Province shall again be divided into that of Province District and Territories
(D)
(D)
Each District shall again be divided into Territories. District shall be the general reference for all Senior District, State District and Province District.
(E)
Each territory should again be divided into that of Suburbs
(G)
Each Suburbs should again be divided into Neighborhoods
