The Ministry of Jinyiwei administer the primary law enforcement authorities of the House of Government Oversight. The Primary function of these law enforcement authority is to investigate criminal activities involving the Government of the Republic, Local Governments of the Republic and Armed Forces of the Republic, through its broad mandate includes, national security, counterintelligence, counter terrorism, cyber warfare and the protection of the Republic's assets worldwide.
(B)
A Jinyiwei is a law enforcer in matter relating to criminal activities involving the Government of the Republic, Local Government of the Republic or Armed Forces of the Republic.
(C)
The Ministry of Jinyiwei should include the Jinyiwei Northern Department and the Jinyiwei Southern Department.
(D)
The Jinyiwei Northern Department is the primary law enforcement authority of the Ministry of Jinyiwei for the Civil Servants and of the Republic and Local Government of the Republic. Its primary function is to investigate criminal activities involving the House of Administration and Local Governments of the Republic or its human resource through its broad mandate includes, national security, intelligence and counterintelligence, counter terrorism, cyber warfare and the protection of the Republic's assets worldwide.

The Jinyiwei Eastern Bureau 東廠 is the primary law enforcement authority for members of the House of Government Oversight, Judicatory branch of the Republic and Parliament of the Republic. Despite its members are chosen from that of the Jinyiwei, the Jinyiwei Eastern Bureau is subject directly under the National Security Council of the office of the Prime Minister and is independent from the Ministry of Jinyiwei and the House of Government Oversight. The primary duty of the Jinyiwei Eastern Bureau is to investigate criminal activities involving the House of Government Affairs, Judicatory branch of the Republic, Parliament of the Republic or its human resource through its broad mandate includes, national security, counterintelligence, counter terrorism, cyber warfare and the protection of the Republic's assets worldwide.National Security, intelligence and counter Intelligence and counter terrorism.

The Ministry of Jinyiwei, Jinyiwei Northern Department and Jinyiwei Southern Department is created in reference to the Ministry of Jinyiwei (錦衣衛指揮使司) of the Ming Dynasty China, Jinyiwei Northern Department (北鎮撫司) of the Ming Dynasty China, Jinyiwei Southern Department (南鎮撫司) of the Ming Dynasty China, Jinyiwei Eastern Bureau 東廠 of Ming Dynasty China and Navy Crime Investigation Service of the United States of America.
The Jinyiwei Southern Department is the primary law enforcement authority of the Ministry of Jinyiwei for the Military Personnel of the Republic. Its primary function is to investigate criminal activities involving the Armed Forces of the Republic or its human resource through its broad mandate includes, national security, intelligence and counterintelligence, counter terrorism, cyber warfare and the protection of the Republic's assets worldwide.

2. Department of crime scene investigation
3. Department of autopsy
4. Department of Jinyiwei Training academy
5. Department of Jinyiwei Enforcer
Jinyiwei split into: Special Jinyiwei (charge with investigation) Jinyiwei enforcer (upper hand fugitive and protect witness and special operations)
Entry criteria: Holding a Bachelor Degree or former Australia Army rank 2nd Lieutenant or higher or equivalent.
