police and prosecutor not properly doing their job leading to disastrous result

Biurny
Peguero accused William McCaffrey of rape, resulting in McCaffrey been
arrested, the police charged him with rape, without even investigating the
case, as a result, in court it become a “he says” “she says” case, with no real
evidence to prove whether McCaffrey rape her, nor evidence to prove Peguero
lied about been rape. McCaffrey was found guilty of rape and after spending
years in prison, it was found Peguero lied about it, due to Peguero confessed,
due to her own guilty conscious was driving her to the point of mental
breakdown. It turns out, after a drunken night out, Peguero in her drunken
state caused public damaged to McCaffrey’s car, fearing her family’s
condemnation, Peguero lied to her family about McCaffrey raping her, to justify
damaging the car, her family took her to the police, the very next day. If the
police investigator could be bother to actually investigate the case, they can
find no trace of semen in Peguero’s vagina and there are no trace of damaged on
her vagina wall or McCaffrey’s DNA on her, which undermine the possibility of
rape and in addition, after rape there will always be damage to vagina wall
that take days for the body to fully repair it, but won’t necessary happen in
consented sex. Thus, if the investigator can be bother to do their job, before
charging a person for rape, an innocent person won’t spend years in prison for

Cameron Willingham
was accused of murder his own three children via arson, police claim Willingham
is a violent person and as a result, murder his own children. The police made
the claim, simply because he got an Iron Maiden and a Led Zeppelin poster.
Willingham was executed on 2004. 5 years later the Taxes fire forensic
commission re-investigate the case, through forensic evidence prove the fire is
merely accident and can in no way possibly be men made, if the original
investigator can be bother to do their job, rather than jumping to conclusion
base on two posters, no innocent person would be executed for murder.

was accused of rape and murder of twelve years old Alma Tirtschke in a nearby
ally, to his winery in Melbourne. The investigator accused Ross of the rape and
murder, simply due to finding a hair of the same color to Tirtschke in Ross’
home, despite numerous eye witness stating for Ross to be working in his winery
during the time of the rape and murder. 75 years later, with DNA evidence it is
concluded the hair does not belong to Tirtshcke, Tritshcke’s real
rapists/killer is never found. (this article kind of suspect the real
rapists/killer might be the investigator or prosecutor that investigate the
case and/or charged Ross of rape and murder, because, this article believes, no
cop or lawyer can be that stupid)

In 2016 Liam Allan
faced six charges of sexual harassment and six charges of rape and was arrested
by police for rape, not only did the police fail to investigate the case, but
instead actively chose to withhold the huge quantity of evidence that prove
rape never took place, from court, the case against him only collapsed after 2

Despite
numerous cases of investigator not doing their job, before a person been
charged, led to innocent people in prison, investigator not doing their jobs,

1. Oklahoma rookie police officer is accused of raping 13 African American
women and been found guilty. Investigation? None. The case began with one
female African American ex-con accuse this rookie police officer of sexual
assault. The internal affair detective, instead of investigating the case, to
uncover whether the rape accusation is true, instead construct a fix believe
for the rookie police officer to be guilty of rape and set out to try confirm
the theory to be true (fix believe: firmly believe, want to believe or want
other to believe in the existence of something that might or might not be
there, with no regards to whether that something is actually there or not and
only look for examples and construct opinion in favor of the believe and ignore
everything that contradict the fix believe), by talking to female black criminal
that he arrested, despite we know criminal hate cops, therefore it is likely
many of them would lie about a police officer raping her, under such
circumstances and as expected, 13 black criminals accused the officer of rape
and internal affair charged him with 13 counts of rape against African American
women. The case took place, soon after US city of Oklahoma had a mass riot
against police brutality against blacks, in a city where despite having a black
majority, somehow most cops are white. (in the opinion of this article, the
entire case is staged by what seem to be an already corrupt Oklahoma City
police, to try convince the black community and the world that they support
blacks, by grabbing some random rookie cop that nobody cares about, pay some
criminal to accuse him of rape and instead of investigating it just look for
anything to try support the claim and consider criminal hate cops, why not ask
black criminals, knowing full well, many of them would lie, saying the police
officer rape them and then charge him with 13 counts of rape upon black women)
2. A further case in Australia, a Chinese man due to some mysterious
reason, left his 3 years old daughter at Sydney airport and it is later
revealed his wife is dead. The police, thus accuse him of murdering his wife.
However, based on this article’s following of this case, it gets the impression
that, despite the action of the man seem weird, the investigator simply
concluded he murder his wife, based on this information along, without actually
conducting any investigating to see whether that theory is correct. And despite
the investigator claim that he “abuse his wife”, it is the impression of this
article that they simply assume he is abusing his spouse without investigating
the theory. It gives the article reason to first ask the question, whether such
believe of him murdering his wife is the result of any actual proper
investigation and if not, was the theory of him killing his wife, actually been
properly investigated and if it is not properly investigated, was it a case
where the investigator construct a fix believe for the man to be the killer? As
for the claim that he abuses his wife, once again, is it the result of actual
proper investigation and if not, was the theory of him abusing his wife,
actually been properly investigate and if not properly investigated, was it a
case where the investigator constructed a fix believe for him to be abusing his
wife? (Or maybe the believes is due to some form of racist stereotype such as
the believe “Asia is a society where husband is like a King and wife like a
servant”, which is nothing more than a bunch of none sense racists stereotype,
with no element of truth to it, what so ever that emerged due to the influence
of people such as white supremacists trying to justify white superiority to
feminists accusing western men of mistreating women, due to the traditional
western view of “a wife should serve and honor her husband”) And hence, give rise
to the question of whether he really killed his wife? And the further question,
is his wife even dead via murder? Or maybe his wife died via natural courses
such as cancer? (In fact, consider his wife died in China and isn’t an
Australian citizen, shouldn’t we send him back to China for their cops to
investigate, whether he murder his wife? Say what you want about China
violating human right, therefore maybe their cops won’t act ethical, but if our
investigator charged a guy for murdering his wife, without even conducting an
investigating to see whether the theory is correct, pretty unethical also. Did
the investigator even bothered to make a trip to China, to better understand
the case? Or at least saw the autopsy report?
The investigator didn’t even conduct
an investigation to try figure out exactly why did he left his 3 years old
daughter at Sydney airport, consider that was the exact case that happen in
Australia, shouldn’t that be what the investigator should be trying to figure
out?
(Considering
the circumstances, it is surprising, there isn’t an angry Chinese embassy,
demanding Australia to return him to them. Considering we did a BS case of
accusing a Chinese citizen of conducting a murder upon Chinese soil, where the
murder victim isn’t even an Australian citizen and have this Chinese citizen
arrested, charged and throw into an Australia prison for murder, without even
investigating the case, China’s department of foreign affair got total
justifiable reason and excuse to demand the release of this man, back to China.
In the opinion of some nation’s government, such BS can even constitute as
declaration of war, which if China really want this as an excuse to invade us,
even the US is going to have difficulty to find a justifiable excuse to protect
Australia from China’s invasion, considering, with this incident, we are at
fault, despite China is only using this as their invasion excuse, but not their

PS: Despite the following is a plot from an
action movie from China, these are things that could happen for real. An attractive looking young female reporter
was doing an investigative journalism report on drug trade in south Asia,

rescued the daughter and all the other sex slaves and killed all the gangsters.
Despite this is merely an action movie, stuff like this can happen for real. When
the police accused, arrest and charge a person to be guilty of committing a
crime (especially murder) without even be bother to investigate the case and
instead construct a fix believe and is only interest in looking for anything
that can be used to support their theory and might even actively withhold and
sabotage contradicting evidence, sometime, there are good reason to suspect,
whether the police involve in the case, is themselves somehow involved in
criminal activity associate with this crime, despite the duty of police is to
protect and serve, we cannot guarantee every person that is be given a badge,
is worthy to wear that badge, we can only to the best of our ability make sure
of it, which sometime, isn’t enough, it is also one of the main reason why this
article would like to revive the usage of Jinyiwei system from the Ming
dynasty, a policing body that was once extremely effective, not even in
national security, but also deal with corruption, including police corruption.
A

110% every person that got a badge is an ethical and competent person.
