Chapter Five: Government Oversight

(A)
The Oversight branch of the Republic shall consist of the House of Government Oversight, the Parliament Oversight Committee.

The House of Government Oversight consist of the Deputy Minister of State, Ministry of Oversight Justice, Ministry of Jinyiwei, and Ministry of Human Resource

(B)
The House of Government Oversight is administered by the Deputy Minister of State. The House of Government Oversight shall consist of the Deputy Minister of State, the Ministry of Oversight Justice, the Minister of Jinyiwei and the Ministry of Human Resource. Each Ministry can have various Government Oversight Department and each Government Oversight Department can have various Government Oversight Sub Department.

(C)
An officer appointed to administer a Ministry of the House of Government Oversight should be a candidate appointed by the Prime Minister and serve a term that expires upon the pleasure of the Prime Minister

(D)
An officer appointed to administer a Department or Sub Department of the Ministry of Government oversight shall be a candidate proposed by the Deputy Minister of State or the officer appointed to administer the Ministry such Department or Sub Department belongs to and approved by the Prime Minister.

But if it is to the pleasure of the Prime Minister he can be a candidate proposed by the officer administering the Ministry such Department or Sub Department belongs to and approved by the Deputy Minister of State.
