Death penalty cannot be a sentence given to a person other
than murder. But due to sometime, innocent person get found guilty of a
criminal offense, if there are no video recording of the murder taking place
and unless the video show sufficient evidence to prove such act of killing is
murder, not manslaughter or self-defense, no person can be given the death
penalty.
